Your Rights & Responsibilities

To access c8gpt's full range of services — including deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, and playing casino games — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) c8gpt account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension. If multiple accounts are discovered, c8gpt reserves the right to close all accounts, void all associated bets, and confiscate all balances without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. c8gpt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify c8gpt's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

KYC Verification Requirements

c8gpt applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. Verification documents must be submitted before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents for players based in Bangladesh include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh Passport (photo page)
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (both sides)
• Proof of address: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement (dated within 90 days)

c8gpt may request additional documentation at any time, including for enhanced due-diligence purposes or to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Account information, including your registered name and payment details, must match across all documents. Mismatches will delay verification and may result in account closure if a satisfactory explanation is not provided.

All financial transactions on c8gpt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c8gpt supports a range of locally trusted payment methods to ensure fast and convenient fund management for players in Bangladesh.

Deposits are credited to your c8gpt account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. c8gpt does not impose any processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — you are responsible for checking these with your provider independently.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification on your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account. c8gpt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is substantial or where account activity triggers an internal review.

c8gpt reserves the right to withhold, delay, or refuse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete identity verification, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before a final decision is made.

Players are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings in their jurisdiction. c8gpt does not provide tax advice and accepts no responsibility for a player's personal tax affairs.

By using c8gpt, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on c8gpt and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity — including the use of stolen payment methods, counterfeit identity documents, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money laundering — depositing funds obtained through illegal means, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using c8gpt to convert illicit funds into gaming credits or withdrawable winnings.
• Match fixing and corrupt betting — placing bets on the outcome of sporting events that you know or have reasonable grounds to believe have been fixed or manipulated.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Use of software or automation tools — deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit odds, or circumvent the platform's normal operation.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment chargebacks with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited and used for betting on c8gpt. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent conduct and will result in immediate account closure.
• Abusive behaviour — directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language at c8gpt staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting platform errors — deliberately exploiting obvious pricing errors, system glitches, or incorrectly displayed odds. Any winnings generated from a clearly erroneous price or technical fault may be voided at c8gpt's discretion.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of c8gpt complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction. c8gpt provides no legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular territory, and it is your responsibility to obtain independent legal advice if in doubt.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c8gpt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, c8gpt.net or any of its services;
• Any errors, interruptions, delays, or service outages affecting the platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials;
• Any decision made by you based on information published on c8gpt.net;
• Third-party payment processing failures or delays beyond c8gpt's direct control;
• Game outcome results produced by certified third-party RNG systems.

c8gpt's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to c8gpt in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c8gpt makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. c8gpt will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude c8gpt's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in the applicable gaming licence conditions under which c8gpt operates.
